Just as the butterfly goes through four stages of growth to reach its reach its full potential, we use four stages to “Groom Great Girls.”  Our curriculum provides girls the opportunity to build their resume’s through Exploration, Engagement, Evolution and Emergence. Our classes, workshops, retreats and conferences inspire girls to explore what makes them beYOUtyfull.

EXPLORE

In the life of a butterfly, the egg is the first stage of the growth process. Just as eggs are fragile and need protection, girls need supervision and guidance as they enter this stage of self-discovery. Our coaches support girls’ personal growth. They inspire them to become confident, critical, creative thinkers as they explore their thoughts, feelings, ideas and opinions about their own interests and goals.

ENGAGE

Just as the caterpillar eats and grows perpetually, our girls experience exponential growth during this phase. Engaging in various learning opportunities via classes, workshops and events with coaches who support will cause them to flourish. They develop a more positive thought process as they begin to meet their objectives and progress toward their goals.

EVOLVE

This is the stage where the caterpillar embraces change. It sheds its old skin and takes on a new form which resembles nothing from its past. Just like the caterpillar, our girls evolve during this phase. They shed negative attitudes and develop new dispositions, character traits and ultimately new abilities.

EMERGE

During this stage, the caterpillar emerges as a new creation…a Butterfly! As our girls mature, they take on a bold new attitude and move out into their communities to display their gifts and talents. Their platforms include but aren’t limited to leadership opportunities, pageants, community service platforms, exhibits, fairs, etc.
